Manufactured Premier shell. Finish-out is quoted for the site.
What Magnolia quotes
The shell, then the scope.
Magnolia quotes Premier portable shells for temporary housing on a data-center project. A cabin shell can be the sleeping unit or a dry office. A utility or garage shell can sit beside it for storage and equipment. Tell us the count, how long the units stay, and whether you want the shell alone or a finish-out.
01Premier cabin shells for sleeping or a simple office, including one model repeated across the count
02Utility and garage shells for storage and equipment next to the housing
03The shell alone, or a finish-out described for how the crew will use the unit
04Delivery and setup, or a build on site when the truck cannot reach the pad

Photos show the Premier shell — siding, roof, porch, and loft framing — before interior finish-out.
Shell warranty
50-year siding, 30-year metal roof, and 5-year workmanship cover the manufactured shell. Finish-out is a separate scope in the project quote.
Wind rating
The Premier shell is wind-rated to 170 MPH per Mississippi state-approved prints. Occupancy and utilities stay site-specific.
Delivery
Delivery and setup are free within 50 miles of the selling lot. Farther sites are quoted. Build-on-site is available when a truck cannot reach the pad.
Timing
An on-lot building is typically 10–15 business days, and a custom build is typically 25–30, weather and shop volume pending. A multi-unit schedule is quoted with the project.
Lots
Philadelphia is open. Hattiesburg is coming soon. Both lots share one phone.
